The company directly employs some of the most highly qualified and rigorously trained pilots. On-going aircraft training exceeds government standards and is conducted through Flight Safety and SimuFlite.

David Bilson, owner of Trans-Exec, is airline transport-rated in jets and helicopters, is instrument rated in helicopters, holds check airman authority for the Gulfstream IV and V, has been specially designated by the FAA to approve other pilots for certification on these aircraft.
